Product Terms and Conditions

1. Orders

All orders must either be accompanied by a Purchase Order number and paid within 30 calendar days or payment by credit card at the time of order before any product will be shipped. Businesses or individuals in the state of Florida may be subject to sales tax for hardware purchases. All Promotions are limited to one promotional item or package per customer and/or order.

2. Returns of Unused Merchandise

Unused merchandise return policy is valid for 90 days from the original ship date as shown on packing slip. The maximum amount of any return is limited to 25% of the original order quantity, and a 10% re-stocking fee applies for all returned and unused merchandise. H-ITT, LLC provides account credit for all unused returns. Original invoice must accompany any return and merchandise must be in the original packaging. Merchandise returned beyond the 90 day period will be returned to sender at sender's expense.

3. Returns of Warranted Merchandise

Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at H-ITT, LLC's option. Buyer's receipt must accompany warranty returns. Buyer pays freight to H-ITT and H-ITT returns warranty items FOB destination.

4. Return Authorization

To return an item, you must call 877-244-4488 to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This form with the original invoice must also accompany ALL returns. Not having this form could slow down or result in the customer not receiving proper credit for such returned products.

5. Shipping and Handling

Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges.

Warranty

1. Hardware

H-ITT warrants all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and are fully functional to the specifications published for the product. This warranty only applies to products purchased new, and does not cover physical or other damage caused by misuse of the product. The warranty period for applicable products is:

H-ITT will provide extended warranties for iCue Remotes and iBaseRF Receivers for the following price schedule:

• iCue RF Remotes: TX 3100 & TX 3200
One year is included with purchase
Two years - $2.00 per remote
Three years - $3.00 per remote
Four years - $4.00 per remote

• iBaseRF Receiver: RX 4100
Two years is included with purchase
Three years - $15.00 per base receiver
Four years - $25.00 per base receiver
